LCAP Meeting Tonight on Pillar 2-Employee Engagement & Pillar 3-Family and Community Engagement

We would like to invite you to join us for our second LCAP meeting.  This time, we will be focusing on Pillar 2-Employee Engagement and Pillar 3- Family and Community Engagement.  Employee engagement is all about how we support, develop, and retain the dedicated staff who work with our students every day. This includes professional development, staff wellness, collaboration opportunities, and creating positive working environments where employees feel valued and supported. We will also discuss Family and Community Engagement, which focuses on strengthening partnerships between our schools, families, and the broader community. This includes improving communication, creating meaningful opportunities for involvement, and ensuring families feel welcomed, informed, and connected. 

These meetings are an important opportunity to share your thoughts, ask questions, and help shape the decisions that impact our students and staff. Meeting dates and times are listed below. We hope to see you there!
